These terms and conditions apply to all stays at the B&B Vita Alpina, located in Alpette (TO), Italy.

By booking a stay at Vita Alpina, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Reservation & Payment

A reservation becomes binding only after written confirmation from us (by email) and upon receipt of any required payment or deposit.

By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges having taken note of these terms and conditions and agrees to them.

Cancellation Policy

For stays at our B&B, the following cancellation conditions apply:

· Up to 10 weeks before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid

· Between 10 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% refund

· Less than 2 weeks before arrival: no refund

All cancellations must be made in writing (by email).

Liability

Vita Alpina cannot be held liable for:

· loss, damage or theft of personal belongings

· accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay

· damage resulting from improper or careless use of the accommodation, facilities or surroundings

· damage or inconvenience caused by third parties, weather conditions or force majeure

Guests stay at the B&B entirely at their own responsibility.

Safety

The accommodation is located in a mountain environment and includes, among other things, stairs, elevation changes and outdoor areas.

Guests acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their own safety, both inside and outside the accommodation.

Use of the Accommodation

Guests are expected to use the accommodation and garden with care and respect.

Any damage or incidents should be reported as soon as possible.
